The Role: Clinical Leadership & Innovation
In this dual-capacity role, you will champion a world-class experience for both patients and providers. By remaining patient-facing, you will use frontline insights to drive continuous improvement and mentor your clinical staff.
- Model: 95% Direct Clinical Care / 5% Administrative Leadership.
- Scope: 100% outpatient women's primary care, including gynecology, mental health integration, and dermatological wellness.
- Support: Full onsite team of dedicated Nurses and Medical Assistants.
- Schedule: 40-hour work week (Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays); includes dedicated administrative blocks.
Requirements
We are looking for a collaborative leader who balances clinical expertise with an operational mindset.
- Credentials: MD/DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or OB/GYN. Must hold an active California license and DEA.
- Clinical Expertise: 3+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on women's health (routine GYN, contraception, STI management) and inclusive, patient-centered mental health.
- Leadership: 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring clinicians. You should be adept at coaching, peer reviews, and maintaining high accountability.
- Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; ability to partner with Operations to optimize workflow efficiency without compromising quality of care.
