Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Director to lead our Women's Health services. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on community health while enjoying a highly supportive and collaborative workplace.

The Medical Director will oversee the clinical delivery of all Women's Health programs and services, ensuring care meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and equity. This position plays a key leadership role in mentoring staff, guiding quality improvement efforts, and supporting operational excellence across our care sites.

As Medical Director, you'll work in close partnership with clinical and administrative leadership to:

• Supervise and support Women's Health care providers • Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and peer review processes • Ensure staffing, training, and equipment needs are met • Cultivate a high-performing, patient-centered team culture • Represent Women's Health in internal planning and external partnerships

Requirements:

MD or DO with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with women's health fellowship or OB experience required.

Active, unrestricted medical license in Missouri; DEA certification.

Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

Demonstrated commitment to health equity, reproductive justice, and culturally responsive care.
