University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiologist to lead a well-established radiology group in Easton, Maryland.
This unique role combines clinical radiology practice with physician leadership responsibilities, including program development, operational strategy, and digital care innovation within a growing regional health system.
Practice Structure
- Approximately 75% clinical practice in ambulatory radiology
- Approximately 25% executive/physician leadership responsibilities
- Monday–Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Telephonic-only call (5 PM–8 AM weekdays; 24-hour weekend coverage)
- Outside vendor provides overnight imaging reads
Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic radiology services in an outpatient setting
- Serve as dyad partner with Director of Operations
- Lead development and implementation of clinical programs and standards
- Oversee provider performance and practice goals
- Drive clinical strategy and digital care innovation initiatives
- Utilize data analytics and market insights to improve care delivery
- Support development of new clinical programs and external partnerships
- Participate in strategic planning for radiology services
- Monitor and improve performance of clinical programs
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $200 – $262
- Based on MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks
- Commensurate with experience and training
- Sign-on options (choose one):
- $20,000–$25,000 bonus OR
- $50,000 housing allowance (year one)
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Completion of U.S.-based Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- 5+ years post-training clinical experience
- 5+ years experience in managed care or clinical leadership preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Executive-level presence and cross-functional collaboration ability
- MBA or advanced healthcare degree preferred
