Clinical Practice (80%)
Provide urgent care services for acute illnesses and injuries
Deliver occupational medicine services, including work-related injury care, physicals, and return-to-work evaluations
Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification required
Medical Director Responsibilities (20%)
Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
Provide oversight of quality initiatives and OPPE processes
Collaborate with and support Advanced Practice Providers
Train and onboard new providers
Partner with operational leaders to advance service line goals
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $300,000 (includes vacation and CME)
Signing Bonus: $50,000
Relocation Assistance: $10,000
Vacation/CME: 200 hours (5 weeks)
CME & Board Certification: $5,000 annually
Retirement: 403(b) with 4% employer match beginning Year 2
Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Malpractice Coverage
Sick Time: Accrual up to 600 hours (FT: 4 hours/pay; PT: 2 hours/pay)
