Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of comprehensive care to patients, aligning with clinic productivity standards.
- Seamlessly manage appointment scheduling to optimize patient flow and minimize cancellations.
- Maintain meticulous documentation within the EMR system, ensuring compliance with medical coding standards.
- Provide holistic primary care, addressing chronic and acute conditions effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer increased access to care, including handling walk-in consultations smoothly.
- Analyze and act promptly on diagnostic reports and lab results.
- Facilitate timely prescription management and coordinate patient communications with efficiency.
- Mentor and supervise advanced practice providers, ensuring alignment with clinical objectives.
- Participate in rotational on-call duties to support continuous care.
- Commit to ongoing licensure and certification requirements, including progress towards AAHIVM certification.
Qualifications:
- Active MD or DO license, with valid DEA registration.
- Minimum two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
- Proven track record in managing case loads of 14-18 patients per day.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is mandatory.
