We are seeking a licensed physician to join our team as a Medical Director and provide oversight and guidance to our clinical staff.

The Medical Director provides medical oversight and support for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards and company policies.
This is a remote position with flexible availability during clinic operating hours.
Provide medical oversight for assigned mid-level providers (NPs/PAs)
Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
Offer medical direction and clinical guidance to the practice
Assist providers with clinical questions and patient care decisions
Support the implementation of clinic policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Assist with resolution of patient concerns, requests, and inquiries
Perform other clinical or administrative duties as needed to support patient care and daily operations
Active Virginia physician license required
Board-certified or board-eligible in:
Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
General Practice
OB/GYN
Or related specialty
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Interest in wellness, obesity medicine, or preventive care preferred
Medical Director should be available remotely during clinic hours:
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Days and hours are negotiable.
$500 per month
Malpractice insurance provided
Training and associated travel expenses covered
