A growing medical device manufacturer is seeking a Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician to perform detailed finishing, polishing, and assembly work on high-precision medical components.
This onsite opportunity offers $18-$24/hr and is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and experience working in manufacturing or assembly environments.
Working in a clean, climate-controlled facility, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products meet strict quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Polish and finish precision medical device components to specification
- Perform detailed hand-finishing using precision tools and techniques
- Assemble multi-component parts and subassemblies
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks
- Follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation
- Support production schedules and daily output goals
- Adhere to quality, safety, and manufacturing standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Ability to work in a quality-focused manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- Precision manufacturing experience
- Machine shop experience
- Medical device manufacturing background
- Clean room experience
- Technical training in manufacturing or assembly
