Job Summary Seeking a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician with 2 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing to support production, assembly, testing, and process activities in a regulated cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform medical device manufacturing and assembly in a cleanroom environment.
Support tissue processing, device preparation, and production operations.
Conduct inspections, functional testing, and quality documentation.
Assist engineering teams with process development, troubleshooting, validations, and continuous improvement.
Monitor and record process data using SPC methodologies.
Maintain GMP-compliant production records and documentation.
Manage inventory, materials, and production supplies.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams.
Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
2 3 years of medical device manufacturing experience.
Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of inspections, functional testing, and quality documentation.
Experience with SPC and regulated manufacturing processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with tissue processing or biologics/device manufacturing.
Inventory control and material management experience.
