With a strong international footprint, the organization delivers complex, life-enhancing products through advanced manufacturing technologies and operational excellence.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead overall manufacturing operations, P&L, and site performanceDevelop and execute operational strategy and growth roadmapDrive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)Oversee production, engineering, warehouse, and inventory functionsEnsure compliance with FDA GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory standardsManage capacity planning, cost control, and production efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally (HR, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales)Build, develop, and lead a high-performance operations teamEstablish and track KPIs and performance metricsSupport customer relationships and solve complex operational challengesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
