Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour

- Hours: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Duration: Long-term assignment with potential conversion to permanent employee
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes under direct supervision
- Ensure relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate troubleshooting skills and interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution, active participation, active listening, interpreting, cooperation, and flexibility
- Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly to all levels of manufacturing management in both written and oral form
- Represent the company positively during tours by demonstrating techniques and sharing appropriate information
- Support and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers
- Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all operations
Requirements:
- Ability to handle small parts and strong attention to detail
- Experience with microscope use and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Standing/Sitting Ratio: 90% / 10%
- Microscope Use: Yes, approximately 90%
- Lifting Requirements: Minimal, less than 10 lbs
- Cleanroom environment with head-to-toe gowning required and supplied by the company
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a medical or other regulated production environments
- Previous medical device, manufacturing, or assembly experience is helpful
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
