Schedule: 9:00am-6:00pm
Anticipated Start Date: August 2026
Hourly Pay: $30.50-$35.55

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead Front Office Operations: Supervise the daily operations of the medical and dental front office, ensuring efficient patient flow, appropriate staffing coverage, and exceptional, person-centered service delivery.
  • Provide Hands-On Operational Support: Serve as the primary escalation point for patient and staff concerns while functioning as a back-up Patient Service Representative during staffing shortages, high patient volumes, and operational needs.
  • Develop and Support High-Performing Teams: Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of front office staff while fostering a positive, team-based culture aligned with Chapa-De's mission and values.
  • Drive Process Improvement and Collaboration: Establish and refine front office workflows, monitor operational metrics and compliance, and partner with medical, dental, billing, and operational teams to support integrated care and continuous improvement.

Required Experience:

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with healthcare facility, preferably medical or dental front office at Chapa-De.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Medi-Cal insurance eligibility, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, workers’ compensation, auto insurance and private insurance in either medical or dental area.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with an EHR, preferably EClinicalWorks or similar EHR
