About the Role A Brooklyn-based nonprofit organization is looking for an intellectually curious, detail-oriented Medical Data Specialist to help maintain physician profiles and input research topics within their database. Key Responsibilities

Physician Profile Maintenance

• Maintain and update physician profiles within the organization's database
• Input research topics accurately and consistently
• Ensure all records reflect current, reliable information

Research & Data Entry

• Conduct internet-based research to gather and verify information
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry across systems
• Communicate by phone as needed to gather or confirm information

Qualifications

• Proficiency with standard desktop software
• Strong attention to detail
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Exceptional internet research skills
• Good phone communication skills
• Prior knowledge of medical specialties a plus

Hours: Full-time preferred · Part-time considered (25+ hours/week)
