    Position Summary:
    The Clinic Manager oversees daily operations, staff performance, patient flow, and administrative functions to ensure smooth, high‑quality pediatric care.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily clinic operations and staff scheduling, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and established workflows
    • Provide confident, accountable leadership with the ability to delegate effectively and uphold standards consistently, including addressing performance or attendance issues in accordance with company guidelines
    • Ensure efficient patient flow for well visits, vaccines, and sick visits
    • Lead, train, and evaluate clinical and front‑office staff
    • Maintain a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment
    • Address patient concerns promptly and with empathy
    • Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational needs
    • Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infection‑control compliance
    • Oversee vaccine storage, documentation, and reporting
    • Support credentialing, audits, and regulatory requirements

    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of medical office or clinic management (pediatrics preferred)
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Experience with EHRs, scheduling, and insurance workflows
    • Certified Medical Assistant is a plus
    • Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment
    • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
