Job Summary:
Provides front office support and excellent customer service to medical center patients.
Internal: The Medical Center Specialist's role within the organization is to maintain department philosophy, goals and objectives, standards, policies, and procedures and interprets these to ensure high-quality care. All team members are expected to treat one another with mutual respect, professionalism, and accountability.
External: The Medical Center Specialist's role within the community is to represent HSNT in providing outstanding customer service to patients, vendors, and guests while maintaining a focused continuum of care. Patient confidentiality, acceptance and respect for various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and appropriate and effective communication skills are paramount concerns for this position.
