Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients from intake through completion of care

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments across clinic, surgery, and physical therapy departments

  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations

  • Communicate with attorneys and other healthcare providers regarding patient cases

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient’s record

  • Track case progress and ensure all necessary follow-ups are completed

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

  • Knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage cases efficiently

  • Proficiency with medical office software and electronic health records
