Job Description
Enable and promote data-based decision making by managing and optimizing administrative support services within a Medical Case Coordinator position. Reviews, handles, and processes all Federal and Company physical examination results to help ensure compliance with Federal regulations and company guidelines.
Principal Duties
Reviews and ensures completeness of all Federal and company physical examination reports. Forwards all physical examination reports to the Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) for review.
Obtains necessary medical information from the applicant, employee or health care provider as directed by the OHN.
Tracks and monitors medical data and suspensions.
Coordinates periodic physical examinations per company guidelines.
Interacts with internal and external customers relative to the work status of applicants and employees.

Job Related Experience
Minimum Level: 1-2 years
Preferred Level: 3-5 years

Education
  • Bachelor's degree (any) is preferred.
  • Health and Medical Science majors preferred.
Skills Required
  • 1+ years of MS 365 Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access)
Skills Preferred
  • Experience in a medical hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
  • SAP
