Medical Assistant - Trinity Health PACE

Location- Kinder Park

Hours - Full Time - Monday-Friday

Position Purpose

Join Trinity Health PACE in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our elderly participants. As a Medical Assistant, you'll support daily living activities, provide restorative and supportive care, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with participant care including ADLs, vital signs, immunizations, and medication administration
  • Support providers during exams and treatments
  • Perform front office duties including triage and phone support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and supply levels
  • Uphold infection control and quality standards
  • Foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations (or willingness to train)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change
