Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Medical assisstant to oversee the daily operations of our growing practice. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting hiring and onboarding, as well as other administrative roles.

This position includes a combination of administrative and clinical responsibilities. Administrative duties involve overseeing office operations, managing workflows, handling documentation, and supporting staff coordination.

In addition, the clinical component is centered around our Chronic Care Management (CCM) program. This includes regularly calling patients to assess their health status, coordinating care, and documenting all interactions accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Please note, this is not a traditional in-office patient-facing role, as our providers do not see patients in the office setting.

The ideal candidate has a clinical background—such as a medical assistant, nurse, or foreign medical graduate—and understands both patient care workflows and practice operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel between practice locations are essential.

If you are passionate about healthcare leadership and contributing to both operational excellence and patient care, we would love to hear from you.

  • Support credentialing, onboarding, and provider documentation requirements
  • Coordinate multi-location operations and travel between sites as needed
  • Maintain staff performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and quality assurance initiatives
