We are a rapidly growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company specializing in respiratory care, seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their clinical knowledge while enjoying a stable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
No prior DME experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Medical Assistant on our team, you'll work alongside our Respiratory Therapists and clinical staff to support patients receiving:
  • Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
  • CPAP and BiPAP therapy
  • Home oxygen therapy
  • Other respiratory equipment and supplies
You'll help coordinate patient care, educate patients on equipment basics, communicate with physicians and referral sources, assist with documentation, schedule follow-up care, and ensure every patient receives exceptional service throughout their treatment journey.
This role is less hands-on clinically than a Respiratory Therapist position but plays a vital role in helping patients succeed with their respiratory therapy.
What We're Looking For
  • Medical Assistant certification or relevant healthcare experience
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, patient-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow—we'll teach you the DME side of respiratory care
Healthcare experience in any of the following settings is highly valued:
  • Hospital
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Home Health or Hospice
  • Pulmonary or Sleep Medicine Practice
  • Other patient-facing healthcare environments
