What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist patients through the check-in and examination process
- Perform preliminary patient testing and workups
- Educate patients about eye health, testing procedures, and treatment options
- Assist patients with contact lenses and specialty contact lens services
- Support doctors and fellow team members with daily clinic operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
