The MA / PSC Junior Regional Trainer role is designed for individuals with strong Medical Assistant and Patient Services Coordinator experience who are passionate about training, developing others, and supporting multiple clinic teams.
This position plays a critical role in shaping the success of our clinics by ensuring training excellence, operational consistency, and alignment with SynergenX standards.
⚠️ Role Expectations – Extensive Travel Required
This is a high-travel position supporting clinics across San Antonio, Austin, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Travel will be required to clinics throughout these markets:
San Antonio
Austin
Colorado
Oklahoma
Arkansas
Travel expectations include:
40–50 hours per week
Travel will make up a significant portion of your schedule
Multi-site support is required
Overnight travel may be required
Mileage reimbursement provided
Travel accommodations arranged and covered by the company when applicable

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading onboarding and training for new hires in MA & PSC roles
Supporting continued development of existing staff
Ensuring teams are trained to SynergenX standards and expectations
Partnering with Regional Directors and Corporate Training
Tracking training progress and identifying performance gaps
Supporting clinics operationally when onsite
Assisting in refining and improving training materials and processes
Conducting competencies, retraining, and lab-related validations
Supporting special training projects and initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant and/or Patient Services Coordinator
Training, coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred

Ability to train, coach, and influence others effectively
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
