Shift: Days | Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Hours may vary)

Schedule: Full-Time

Status: Non-Exempt | Remote Work: Not eligible

Role Overview

As a Medical Assistant or LPN, you will support providers and clinical teams by delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced physician office setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
  • Obtain patient histories, vitals, and clinical information
  • Perform routine lab procedures and prepare specimens for transport
  • Follow up on test orders and communicate results to providers and patients
  • Maintain and update patient electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Provide patient education materials and support patient inquiries
  • Maintain medical equipment and order clinical supplies
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations
  • Support overall clinical workflow and patient care
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education Required

  • High School Diploma or GED

Certifications / Licensure Required

  • Medical Assistant certification within 6 months of hire
  • OR active credential as EMT, NREMT, or Paramedic
  • OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Experience

  • Preferred: 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
