Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday - Friday, 7am-5:30pm (Mondays + Weekends OFF)
Highlights of the Position:
- Compassionate, Collaborative Care: Demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and sound clinical judgment while supporting patients and care teams.
- Direct Provider Support: Assist providers with patient care, treatments, and clinical decision-making to ensure smooth, high-quality visits in a primary care setting that supports the whole person.
- Clinical Desktop & Chart Management: Conduct chart reviews, manage medication refills, and support pre-visit planning and other clinical requests.
- Patient Preparation & Procedures: Room patients, maintain exam spaces, administer medications and vaccines, draw blood, and process labs under provider direction.
- Quality & Compliance: Support adherence to quality standards and help implement best practices across the clinic.
- Patient & Team Engagement: Collaborate across clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and clinic workflows while ensuring patients feel heard and respected.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Evidence of Medical Assistant training including all the essential job functions, knowledge, skills, and abilities listed here in this job description, or MA Certification required.
- Will have up to-date training and certification in Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Health & Safety Institute. Must obtain within 2 weeks if not current at hire.
- Initial and maintained Certification is highly encouraged and supported.
Preferred:
- Graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assistants, or
CMA- Certification by the AAMA, or
RMA- Certification by the AMT, or
CCMA- Certification by the NHA.
Or prepared to certify within 60 days of hire.
