Medical Assistant (MA) - Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Clinic

We’re seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering quality care. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Schedule:  Tuesday 8-5 | Wednesday 8–5 | Thursday 8-5 | Friday 8–5
Schedule may vary based on clinic needs. Closing time can extend to 6:30–7:00 PM as needed

Pay: $20-23/ hour 

MA Job Duties

• ECW experience required
• Room patients, record vitals, history, medications.
• Enter provider orders for prescriptions, labs, imaging, and referrals.
• Manage prior authorizations, medication refills, and other administrative tasks.
• Communicate with patients regarding results, appointments, and updates.
• Administer injections as directed and assist with patient education.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with providers, front office, and MAs to support daily clinic operations.
