Assignment Duration: (7 Weeks)

Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Hours:

  • 40 Hours per Week
  • 5 Days per Week

Location: Naperville, IL, 60563

Pay: From $22/Hourly

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support both front-office and back-office clinical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient intake, clinical procedures, scheduling, and administrative support while maintaining excellent patient care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Room patients and prepare them for examinations
  • Obtain and document vital signs
  • Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures
  • Administer vaccines as directed
  • Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Provide clinical and administrative support as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with providers and healthcare staff

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience beyond externship
  • 2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
  • Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture
  • Experience using EMR systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Assistant Certification
  • Occupational Health experience
