Job Summary
We are seeking a Healthcare administrator to join our team! As a case manager you will be preparing for each client in an Autism Behavioral Health company.  You will creating schedules, manage schedules, , following up with clients, intakes, authorizations, case manangement, managing technician caseloads, viewing timecards and signatures providing routine support alongside staff members and medical staff, and assisting with keeping track of documentation and  reports to ensure everything submitted to insurance companies on time.   You will also be helping to interview candidates for future positions and be part of our management team.  The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working in an Applied Behavioral Analysis office environment, and has previous office experience. 


Responsibilities 
  • Prepare schedules, including pulling charts and notes, as well as setting up medical systems for job improvements
  • Take intakes from new clients/Send documentation to clients setup trainings and interviews
  • Answer phones and field questions about technician working with clients
  • Communicate with HR Company for Diciplinary Actions imposed on staff 
  • Track authorization results with insurance companies, 
  • Manage credentialing of practitioners
  • Maintain client records in EMR Systems
  • Operate email systems and messaging systems
  • Manage and obtain documentation for onboarding of new clients
  • Manage procedural safeguards for technicians 
  • Monitor violations of technicians and reporting
  • Input new staff into HR systems
  • Manage vacations and PTO time of technicians
  • Create Proficiency System 
Qualifications
  • BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 3 years experience working in medical office
  • Experience working with insurance companies
  • Experience with creating systems
  • Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
