Medical Assistant Primary Care & Specialty - (MonFri, No Weekends)
Location: Collier County, FL (Float Position) Home Base: 400 8th St. N, Naples, FL 34102
Pay: $20$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday (hours vary between 7 AM7 PM must be available until at least 5:30 PM)

How Youll Make an Impact
Prepare exam and treatment rooms; maintain a clean, organized workspace
Greet patients, take vitals, update medical histories, and prepare them for their visit
Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Monitor and restock medical supplies
Support scheduling, front desk duties, patient communication, and daily clinic flow
Contribute to a positive, efficient, patient-centered environment
What Were Looking For
Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred
2+ years of experience (primary care experience preferred)
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
Must have reliable transportation (float role across Collier County)
Must have front desk experience or be willing to learn
Strong communication and organizational skills
EMR experience (Athena preferred)
Friendly, professional, team-oriented approach to patient care

Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary with occasional lifting up to 15 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
Frequent hand and wrist movements; requires close visual acuity for documentation and computer use
