Description Location: UCHealth Fam Med Ctr Ft Collins, Fort Collins, CO Department: PVH FMC Freestanding Work Schedule: Part Time (40.00 hours per pay period, 2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $21.49 - $27.94 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicants relevant experience.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED MA certification or registration UCHealth will hire into a Medical Assistant title in lieu of a Medical Assistant registration or certification if a candidate possesses 3 years of Medical Assistant experience OR is a graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.

BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Direct care includes but is not limited to:

  • Gathering vital signs
  • Specimen collection
  • Communicating changes in patient condition and general patient care.
  • Assists to keep care area stocked, cleaned, and orderly.
  • Maintains equipment and medical supplies.
  • Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
