    Job Summary:
    Tryfacta is seeking a Medical Assistant General for our client in Lodi, CA 95240. This is a 8-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

    Position Title: Medical Assistant General
    Location: Lodi, CA 95240
    Duration: 8 weeks
    Work Schedule: Day Shift/AUTO OFFER 40 hours per

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: · Preparing and stocking exam rooms prior to patient visits.
    · Greeting patients, verifying information, and assisting with check-in procedures.
    · Obtaining and documenting vital signs, medical history, and patient concerns.
    · Assisting physicians and advanced practice providers during examinations and minor procedures.
    · Performing venipuncture and collecting laboratory specimens as ordered.
    · Conducting audiometry and vision screening tests.
    · Scheduling follow-up appointments and maintaining patient recall systems for labs, referrals, and continuity of care.
    · Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
    · Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining medical equipment and examination rooms.
    · Ensuring compliance with infection control, safety, HIPAA, and facility policies.
    · Monitoring and reporting significant patient findings or changes in condition to the healthcare provider.
    · Providing patient education and instructions as directed by the provider.
    · Maintaining adequate clinical supplies and assisting with inventory management.
    · Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
    · Performing other clinical and administrative duties as assigned..


    To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience] · High School Diploma or GED required.
    · Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider.
    · Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification preferred.
    · Phlebotomy certification preferred.
    · Audiometry and vision screening certification, or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire, preferred.
    · Previous experience in an outpatient clinic, physician office, or ambulatory care setting preferred.
    · Proficiency in obtaining vital signs, performing venipuncture, and assisting with patient examinations.
    · Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and accurate clinical documentation.
    · Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
    · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
    · Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.
