Medical Assistant for Specialty Practice

We have a full-time medical assistant opening at a specialty clinic in Medford. It is desired to have previous medical experience, 1-2 years in a healthcare setting working as an MA/CMA using NextGen, or familiarity with other EMR software. Must maintain professionalism, provide detailed care, work efficiently, communicate well, and ensure excellent patient care.

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Starting wages DOE $20-$25

Duties include:

• Rooming patients
• Patient treatment preparation
• Obtaining test results
• Assist and set up for procedures,

Responsibilities:

• Room clean-up and sanitation
• Order tests
• Prescription refills
• Instrument and autoclaving
• Patient call backs
• Assist with insurance referrals
• Sterilization
• Maintain patient confidentiality, be professional, provide excellent customer service, and be a team player.

Must pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
