Brigade Care Team is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fully on-site position supporting our providers and patients through exceptional clinical and administrative care. What You'll Do
Room and prepare patients for provider visits.
Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information.
Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
Coordinate patient care, including referrals, follow-up appointments, and diagnostic testing.
Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and care instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Support daily clinic operations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
What You'll Bring
Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate required.
Current Medical Assistant certification preferred.
Previous experience in a primary care, specialty care, or outpatient setting preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining professionalism.
