We're excited to welcome a Medical Assistant to our Hamilton Primary Care team at 15 Railroad Ave, Hamilton, MA 01982. The Hamilton office offers convenient hours, open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a steady and predictable schedule for both patients and staff. The Medical Assistant role is now eligible for a $2,500 sign on bonus.
Important Details:
Bonuses are paid out in $833.33 increments at 30 days, 6 months and at the 1 year anniversary. To be eligible, you must be a non-BILH employee or a previous eligible employee who returns to BILH after 1 year. Employee must be in good standing to receive the bonus at the time of payment. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes. This program is subject to change at any point.
About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative, team-based environment. In this role, you will support both the clinical and administrative operations of our BIDHC practice, ensuring smooth workflows and an excellent patient experience.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, compassionate, and committed to working respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, direct patient care in a team-based care model. Support efficient clinical operations, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and preparing exam rooms. Assist providers with clinical procedures as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, patient communication, and coordination of care. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols. Foster a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all patients and team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred. Certified/Registered Medical Assistant credential preferred (CMA, RMA, CCMA, etc.). Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively within a team-based care model. Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
