To provide medical assistant support and excellent patient care in our Facial Centers
· Greet clients and review client history
· Address client concerns with professionalism
· Ensure proper documentation, including appropriate consent forms and post-treatment care
· Prepare, maintain, and stock treatment rooms
· Pre and post photos
· Provide follow-up instructions and schedule follow-up appointments
· Present future treatment options, product recommendations and cross-marketing opportunities
· Maintain proper sanitation techniques in treatment rooms and with instruments
· Cover for aestheticians if applicable
· Attending staff meetings and scheduled trainings; willingness to learn
· Marketing at service events and social media
· Complete additional tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements
Knowledge of medical practice and care, including medical equipment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
· Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
· Must possess adequate computer skills
· Ability to function in fast paced and/or stressful work environment
· Must adhere to company policies and procedures
Education and Experience:
· Yearly renewal of aesthetic license
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged walking
· Prolonged standing
· Some bending
