Location: Chestnut Hill, MA - FREE PARKING

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts

Pay: 47-54K salary ($22-26/hr)

Our client is an outpatient internal medicine/cardiology practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. They offer a professional, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, excellent customer service, and patient advocacy are top priorities.

They are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong background in customer service and healthcare administration. This is a direct-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and career growth potential!

What You Get To Do:

• Greet and assist patients, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage provider schedules and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
• Handle patient inquiries, intake paperwork, and insurance documentation.
• Collect co-payments, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist patients with care coordination across different healthcare systems.
• Maintain organized patient records, scan documents, and manage office correspondence.
• Utilize Epic and Microsoft Office for scheduling and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Experience with electronic medical records (Epic preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
