Join our 5-Star CMS-rated team as a Medicaid Coordinator , where you’ll play a key role in supporting residents and their families through the Medicaid application and recertification process. What You’ll Do:
+ Guide residents and families through the Medicaid application process with compassion and professionalism
+ Review, verify, and submit all required documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
+ Monitor recertifications and maintain accurate records to ensure ongoing eligibility
+ Collaborate with admissions, finance, and social work teams to support smooth transitions of care
+ Communicate with county/state agencies to resolve issues and meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
+ Previous experience in Medicaid, billing, finance, or healthcare administration preferred
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
+ Compassionate, customer-focused approach when working with residents and families
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with electronic health record systems
