Hiring Hourly Range: $26.39-$29.03
Range Explanation:
Hiring Range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity.
The position is in pay grade 11, which may constitute a promotional opportunity for current county staff. Promotional increase will be determined at the time of offer.

Distinguishing Characteristics:
This is a classified position that reports to the Director of Conciliation Court. The incumbent performs duties under limited supervision and has no supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, criminal justice or a related field with demonstrated familiarity with basic mental health interventions, case management and community support. Or any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human Resources.
Familiarity with outlined areas may be gained through additional education and workshops, documented formal internships, or work-experience.
