What We Do/Project
The Programming & Creative Operations team supports the planning, scheduling, promotion, and performance analysis of television and digital content across the network. This role plays an integral part in ensuring programming schedules are accurately maintained, promotional campaigns are effectively developed, and content performance is tracked and optimized.
Working closely with Programming, Creative, and Marketing teams, the position supports day-to-day broadcast operations by managing scheduling data, reconciling traffic logs, monitoring ratings performance, and identifying content opportunities from internal network libraries. The role also contributes to the development of on-air promotional campaigns through content review, asset management, light video editing, graphic creation, and research of creative elements such as music, imagery, and footage.
This is a highly collaborative position that combines media operations, content analysis, creative production support, and audience engagement strategies to help deliver compelling promotional content and maximize the impact of network programming across platforms.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Programming Platform Experience
a. 5+ years; experience utilizing Programming Platforms such as WideOrbit, Broadview, etc.; Experience using these platforms within a hands-on capacity.
2) Premier and Photoshop experience
a. 5+ years; Experience with creating shorts, clips, and marketing assets.
3) Copywriting Experience (Short Form)
a. 5+ years of experience; Portfolios required.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Experience in Kids Marketing or Kids Media.
2) Experience with tracking and researching social trends.
Soft Skills:
1) Comfortability with digital platforms (Social Media, Adobe Suite, etc.)
2) Attention to detail.
3) Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
4) Comfortable with managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5) Ability to show initiative and resourcefulness.
Technology Requirements:
1) Media Planning Platform Experience (WideOrbit, Broadview, etc.)

3) Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Education / Certifications
1) BA/BS in Marketing, Graphics, or Advertising.
