Job Description:
The K-6 Media Center/Career Assistant fosters a love of reading while creating an engaging, student-centered learning environment. The position oversees the daily operation of the media center and provides hands-on instruction in digital citizenship, career awareness, employability skills, and problem-solving. Through collaboration with teachers, the assistant helps students develop creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills. This position prepares elementary students with the foundational literacy and career-ready skills needed for future success.
