About the Job

Precision, technical agility, and a relentless focus on performance are the hallmarks of our media buying team. We are seeking a Media Buyer to own the end-to-end execution and optimization of diverse media portfolios.

You will be responsible for the seamless deployment of campaigns across self-serve platforms-including Google, Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, Spotify, and LinkedIn-as well as managing strategic vendor buys. Beyond the bid, you will bridge the gap between contract finalization and launch: reviewing vendor deliverables, coordinating asset trafficking, and working directly with external partners to ensure flawless implementation.

Efficiency is backed by daily vigilance. You will monitor live data to identify emerging trends, implementing real-time optimizations that drive measurable ROI. As the steward of your accounts, you'll manage monthly reporting workstreams and provide ongoing oversight to ensure that pacing, targeting, and overall performance remain aligned with client objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor campaigns across channels and targeting types (e.g., performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing) daily to identify areas of opportunity to optimize media
• Set up, traffic, and manage media across a variety of self-service ad-buying platforms including Google, Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, Spotify, LinkedIn, etc.
• Execute vendor buys post contract finalization, including the review of vendor deliverables, coordination of asset trafficking, and working directly with the vendor to ensure accurate campaign launch and optimization
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and leverage campaign QA processes
• Responsible for overseeing budget pacing and tracking
• Monitor data daily to identify trends and implement optimizations that drive measurable results
• Responsible for the management of monthly reporting requests and ongoing performance oversight to ensure pacing, targeting, and performance align with client objectives

• Maintain required platform certifications and knowledge in digital marketing
• Research trends and awareness in media benchmarks and key performance indicators

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and/or Microsoft Ads
• Strong spreadsheet and budgeting skills (Excel is your friend)
• A knack for turning data into clear, actionable insights-both for internal teams and clients
• An eagle eye for detail and high standards for quality
• A talent for managing multiple projects at once while staying organized and on top of deadlines

About the Interview Process

We like to keep it simple and transparent. Here's what the process may look like:

Round 1: A friendly chat with our Recruiter to get to know you and share more about the role.

Round 2: An interview with the Team lead to dive deeper into the role and team fit.

Round 3: A possible conversation with our President of Allied Services to share more about our vision, culture and overall alignment.
