We're currently hiring a Medication Aide who is passionate about helping others and providing outstanding care during our evening shift.

What You'll Do

  • Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans.
  • Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
  • Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassion, dignity, and respect.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Help create a positive, supportive environment where residents feel safe and cared for.

What We're Looking For

  • Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for serving older adults.
  • Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
  • Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
