The Mechanical Trainer/Evaluator role is a full-time, on-site position in Houston, TX, focused on workforce evaluation and skill gap analysis.
Responsibilities include delivering craft and leadership training, developing training materials, coordinating with jobsite management, and tracking training effectiveness.
Qualifications require NCCER certification in Boilermaker, Pipefitting, or Millwright, a high school diploma, and 5+ years of relevant field experience. Preferred experience includes training program development and at least 3 years of training experience.
Travel up to 40%, valid driver’s license, TWIC or ability to obtain one, and passing background checks are required.
