Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Worcester, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Adjust, maintain, and support production machinery and equipment
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
• Support general warehouse operations as needed
• Work across multiple areas - this is not a single-function role
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to keep operations running efficiently

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or prior warehouse experience preferred
• Willingness to learn - training provided
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to handle different tasks
• Reliable, self-sufficient, and able to work independently when needed
