Position Description

Seeking an Engineering Technician for a full-time position with benefits. This is a day shift position (8 am-5 pm). The position is in an office environment supporting manufacturing .
Responsibilities:
* Electrical bill of material updates in Company's proprietary software systems.
* Specifications Review
* Warranty paperwork and follow up
* Conference call engagement, organizing action items based on project reviews during calls, and following up with customers on said items
* Technical Project documentation
* Order management tasks require ability to learn business processes and Company's proprietary applications such as Bid Manager, CQM, Vista, etc.
* Manage and organize high volume of transactions (orders, specifications, drawings, technical issues, documentation, etc.)

Primary Skills Required

* Can read wiring diagrams. * Attention to detail while managing multiple priorities at a fast pace.* Possess strong organizational skills.* Excellent communication and follow up skills* Strong technical and analytical skills.* Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in creative problem solving, conflict resolution and managing priorities.* Good communication skills - written and verbal* Flexible go with the flow attitude

Education Required

Associates Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
