Mechanical Technician | $24 $26/hr | Training Provided

TradeWorX is hiring Mechanical Technicians to join an industrial equipment service team. If you have mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a long-term career, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced mechanics while earning competitive pay.

Previous experience working on heavy equipment is helpful but not required. We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn.

Pay & Schedule

• $24–$26 per hour based on experience
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime available

What You'll Learn

• Perform inspections on heavy industrial equipment
• Assist with mechanical repairs and equipment rebuilds
• Learn hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel, and electrical systems
• Replace components using hand and power tools
• Read service manuals and repair documentation
• Work alongside experienced mechanics in a safe shop environment

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Automotive, diesel, farm equipment, construction equipment, industrial maintenance, military mechanical experience, or trade school experience is a plus
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work safely throughout the day
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Standard shop PPE required (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection)
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
