Mechanical Systems Assembly & Integration Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140
Compensation: $21.00–$23.10 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Overtime available
A Day in the Life
When your shift begins, you’ll review detailed work instructions, gather parts, and set up the tools you need to build with precision. You’ll assemble mechanical components and subassemblies, mount parts into modular frames, route and secure pre-built electrical harnesses, and connect plug‑and‑play electrical components. Throughout the day, you’ll verify measurements, inspect for quality, and flag any defects or missing parts. By the end of your shift, you’ve hit production goals, documented your work, and left your station ready for the next build.
The Role
Total Talent Resources is seeking skilled Assemblers for a growing manufacturing partner in Fort Worth. This position is ideal for hands-on builders who enjoy following detailed instructions and producing high‑quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and complete subassemblies to spec
- Install parts within modular structures and frames
- Route, secure, and dress pre-built electrical harnesses
- Connect plug-and-play electrical devices and modules
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform in-process quality checks and verify accuracy
- Identify and report defects, shortages, or discrepancies
- Follow work instructions and meet daily/weekly output targets

- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
