Responsibilities include delivering support via phone and email with occasional onsite visits as required. The position involves coordination with internal and external sales teams customers customer care and other technical departments. Duties include product selection troubleshooting parameterization and general support for Lenze customers. About you You are a technically skilled customer-focused professional who excels at diagnosing mechanical issues and delivering effective solutions. Your commitment to keeping current on products ensures you provide accurate high-quality support tailored to customer needs.
