DescriptionLenze Americas is expanding its service business to include local repair operations and is hiring an experienced supervisor to help launch this exciting new offering and lead a newly formed team focused on board-level electronics repairs.Position Title Repair SupervisorPosition Location Uxbridge MAReporting to Service ManagerPosition Type Onsite Monday - FridayCompensation 71000-79000 Compensation depends on skills knowledge education and experiencePosition Snapshot The Mechanical Repair Supervisor oversees daily repair operations for Lenze products while providing hands-on support for complex diagnostics rework and urgent customer repairs. This role supervises mechanical and electronic repair technicians balances workload and priorities to meet safety quality and turnaround targets and ensures accurate documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards. The position also partners closely with Engineering Quality Production and Service to resolve issues improve repair processes and drive continuous improvement across the repair function.About you You are a hands-on supervisor who enjoys solving technical problems and leading a team to deliver high-quality repair results.
