This role focuses on three core areas: project planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination; team and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and customers; and financial and performance management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; proactively identify and mitigate risks and delays.Maintain consistent and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.Lead, mentor, and support project team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners as needed.Oversee overall project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support company initiatives.Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience, strong focus in mechanical construction preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.Working knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and construction best practices.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).Experience with construction/project management software preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to analyze project data and solve problems effectively.Self-starter with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.Equal Opportunity Employer As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
