We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC and plumbing construction projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will manage and supervise project teams, develop and maintain budgets and schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure every project meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and cost efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple mechanical construction projects, managing scope, schedule, and deliverablesSupervise engineers and field teams to align execution with project requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgetsReview and enforce contract documents, subcontracts, and safety policiesProcure materials and subcontractors while maintaining financial controlsPrepare progress payment applications and monitor cash flowConduct site visits to verify progress and address issues in real timeFacilitate design-build coordination and support client relationship managementManage contract finances and ensure accurate cost loadingGenerate billing schedules targeting margins above costProvide regular cost and budget analysesClose out projects and secure retainage within two weeks of final billingExecute lien processes as neededQualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience3–5 years of project management in mechanical contracting or related fieldsProven track record in new construction and renovation projectsProficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and CAD/BIM toolsStrong negotiation, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
