Mechanical Construction Project ManagerManage multiple concurrent projects totaling approximately $20M+ in work volume. Oversee project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations. Manage procurement and equipment buyout activities. Track schedules and project milestones. Lead client meetings and maintain strong customer relationships. Review change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Partner closely with field leadership and foremen. Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Strong HVAC and plumbing construction knowledge. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Experience with project financials and forecasting. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Spectrum.Preferred Experience: Controls experience strongly preferred. Mechanical contractor background preferred over GC experience. Federal, military, healthcare, mission-critical, or institutional project experience. Design-Build experience. Experience managing projects ranging from $500K to $40M.What's on Offer: Competitive salary ranging from USD 1.250.000 to USD 165.000. Approximately 15%+ annual bonus potential. Vehicle Allowance: $500/month (flexible). Hybrid work schedule 2 days onsite 3 days remote. Cigna Health Insurance. 401(k) with 6% company match. 3 weeks PTO. Ability to roll over one week annually.
